Terms of Registration and Payment

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • In case you need to cancel your registration, you will get 80 % of your fees refunded up to 2 months prior to the conference and 50 % if you cancel up to 1 month prior to the conference. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
  • The participation fees are owed upon registration.
  • If you choose to pay by transfer, fees need to be paid within 2 weeks of the online registration (but no later than 2 weeks before the conference).
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • Payment will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
  • Registration remains valid if the conference has to be postponed.
  • Submissions that are not presented because of cancellation will not remain in the online database.
  • The conference programme is subject to change.
