The Need for Educational Research to Champion Freedom, Education and Development for All
Major events at the beginning of this millennium arise the need to think about the role of Educational Research as means to ensure and enforce freedom and promote education and the comprehensive development of citizens of the whole world.

Research Impact and Educational Research -
Increasingly, researchers are being asked to make statements about the impact of their work. The idea of impact varies across university disciplines and this session will explore the range of researcher perspectives on impact from various disciplines.
