Plans for ECER 2012

For the next ECER, we want to focus on the study of ICI-supported education, learning and training at all attainment levels. We would like to concentrate on multilevel models and theorising concerning educational, instructional, (meta)cognitive, social and motivational processes and performances. If possible, particular attention should be given to longitudinal research, the construction and use of benchmarks at different levels, and integrated innovation and evaluation designs.

Plans for ECER 2011

In the network meeting 2010 it was decided to have less parallel network sessions at ECER 2011, to promote the collaboration in the network. We can do this by integrating reports about ongoing projects, or posters, in one time slot or one session.

Each development or poster gets a presentation time of about five minutes; this is followed by an overall discussion. In this way we get an efficient overview of developments or ongoing projects, use time more efficiently, and bring poster presentations into the network. Projects including research results will be scheduled as presentations of half-an-hour, as before.
