ECER 2012
A joint symposium with network 10 on the changes within Teacher Training related to HE Bologna reform is planned for ECER 2012 in Cadiz. Possibilities for joint symposium with VETNET are being explored.
Plans for ECER 2011
The participants in the NW22 business meeting discussed about the number of presentations per paper session. This year we had 2-4 presentations per session. Four papers were thought to be too much and we agreed to have maximum of three presentations per paper session in ECER 2011.
The Network is planning to organise symposia on the following topics in ECER 2011:
- researcher development (further information Linda Evans, L.evans@education.leeds.ac.uk)
- academic freedom (further information Anne Herbert, anne.herbert@aalto.fi)
- research methodology in higher education (further information Jani Ursin, jani.p.ursin@jyu.fi)
- Using Narrative Inquiry and Life History in Higher Education Research (further information Sheila Trahar, S.Trahar@bristol.ac.uk)
Furthermore, there have been preliminary discussions on organising a joint symposium/RT with NW 2: VETNET.
